Chef Connie Gordon is Chef/Owner of Fast and Fresh Food a local Boulder County company that specializes in healthy, natural and freshly prepared meals delivered directly to your door.

Chef Connie's 17 years experience comes from a wide range of food service positions from House Manager to Chef.  "I like the fact that I can work the dining room as well as the kitchen, this really helps me understand the entire restaurant experience."

Chef Connie grew up in Northern California on a small farm.  "My Mom had this amazing garden, her own chickens, pigs and cows.  We had to milk cows very early in the morning.  She made her own butter and ice cream. I grew up seeing where the source of food is.  It's no wonder I am a chef!" 

"We opened Fast and Fresh Food 9 years ago to help families eat healthier."  Chef Connie started as a personal chef but did not like the fact that it limited the amount of people served.  "I am used to serving large numbers of people and as a personal chef I could only bring my cuisine to one family at a time."

To serve more customers and broaden the market Chef Connie has taken her business to a 5,000 square foot health department approved kitchen where she can prepare meals for families all over Boulder County.
